Salad Station $250 Gift Card Mother's Day Giveaway 2025 Rules

1. Eligibility

The Salad Station $250 Gift Card Mother's Day Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Salad Station, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on April 15th, 2025, at 9:00 AM (CT) and ends on May 2nd, 2025, at 9:00 AM (CT). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

3. Method of Entry

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

• Follow Salad Station on Facebook.

• Like the official $250 Gift Card Mother's Day Giveaway post.

• Share the post on their Facebook timeline.

• Comment one person.

Only one entry per person is allowed. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The drawing will be conducted on May 2nd, 2025, and the winner will be announced on Salad Station’s official Facebook page. The winner will be notified via direct message on Facebook.

5. Prize Description

The winner will receive a $250 Salad Station Gift Card Giveaway Prize (details of the prize to be announced on Facebook). The total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize will be disclosed upon announcement. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses or costs associated with the acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except at Salad Station’s discretion.

6. Release of Liability

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Salad Station, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

7. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of the Giveaway and in accordance with Salad Station’s Privacy Policy. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties unless required by law.

8. Void Where Prohibited

The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
